Grace Care offers four levels of service, designed to suit your care and financial needs.
A Grace Care Adviser will call you at a pre-arranged time to discuss your situation. The Care Adviser will listen and clarify any difficulties you may have in identifying and finding appropriate care. The Adviser will send you relevant fact sheets and other information which will act as a useful first step to finding care, providing you have the time to carry out your own search.

You book a telephone Consultation with a Grace Care Adviser for a time convenient to you. The Care Adviser will listen to your needs and wishes and discuss your situation in detail with you, to completely understand what you require. After the Consultation, the Adviser will fully research all of the appropriate care providers and send you a report with recommendations of those that are most ideal for your situation. This could be a shortlist of care homes with current vacancies, that are most suitable for you or the availability of home carers, together with brochures and costs. The Adviser will remain available for further follow up, advice and reports*, all within the set fee, for as long as it takes until you have found the best solution for your family.

A meeting with a Grace Care Adviser is arranged at a location convenient to you. We usually recommend this option when the person requiring care wants to be more actively involved in the care planning. It is helpful for another member of the family to be present at the meeting if possible. A detailed face-to-face Consultation can then take place, with research, report and continued support carried out in the same manner as the Grace Care Search (above).
A Grace Care Visit real life experience.
The complete range of Grace Services described above, plus additional visits to vet specific vacant rooms in care homes on behalf of the client. This service is especially useful for busy clients who have difficulty finding time to view all the options or for people returning from abroad.
