Grace Care Guidance - Level 1 Service

My mother thought it was time to move to a care home but until we talked to Grace I wasn’t sure how to proceed, or if I was helping her make the right decision.

I wanted to talk things over with someone experienced in these things so we could clarify our thinking. The Grace Care Adviser listened, answered all my questions, and then explained all the options we might consider. She made it all seem so clear - I felt that at last I knew what steps to take and had some really sound advice to work on.

The Care Adviser then sent me a summary of our discussion and useful information about sourcing and selecting a care home, which has been really helpful, and other fact sheets as well, including one about the benefits that might be available for my mother. Luckily we soon found a vacancy in a home that my mother likes.
